Anuga Fine Food 2025 kicks off with record participation - over 4,300 exhibitors are presenting premium food
- Publicado el 23 de Septiembre de 2025
With around 4,300 exhibitors and 135 group stands, Anuga Fine Food 2025 is presenting its biggest edition to-date. The trade fair under the Anuga umbrella is impressively demonstrating that delicatessen, gourmet and basic foods are gaining significance worldwide. From Altunkaya Ins. Nak. Gida Tic. A.S., to Calvo Distribucion Alimentaria SLU, Develey Senf & Feinkost GmbH and F.lli Saclà S.p.A., through to Kent Boringer Dis Tic Ltd Sti., La Molisana Spa, Pietro Coricelli S.p.A. and PT. Indofood CBP, the exhibitors cover a wide spectrum of high-quality delicatessen products. New participants such as Antonio Viani, Nisshin, Reina Group, Samyang, AlSahl Group and PT. Indofood are additionally enrichening the portfolio.

International country groups are also strongly represented. China, France, Greece, Italy, Korea, Spain, Thailand, Turkey and the USA are significantly shaping the image of the trade fair, enhanced by new groups from Malta, Kyrgyzstan and Nigeria. Further top themes will be addressed among others in the Confex, the new conference and exhibition centre. This venue will accommodate many individual exhibitors together with groups from China, Dubai, India, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Vietnam. The focus is also on gourmet products and premium specialities in Passage 4/5.
This is in response to the growing demand for high-quality food and at the same time creates more space for congresses, meetings and events. The flexible infrastructure, the seamless integration into the fair grounds and the excellent transport connections, turn the Confex into the ideal location for an international trade show like Anuga Fine Food.
The development in the premium segment is clear: According to Anuga's knowledge partner, Innova Market Insights, the industry is recording an average annual growth rate of six percent. The markets in Africa and Eastern Europe are experiencing especially strong growth, while Great Britain, India and the USA are the leaders in new product launches. Around 43 percent of the consumers state that a premium label strongly influences their buying decision, while 15 percent specifically choose products with premium or luxury ingredients. Health and a conscious diet also play a key role: Products without additives, vegetarian offers, high-protein and gluten-free food have been particularly on trend in the past years.
Anuga Fine Food 2025 is being staged in Halls 1.2, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.2, 10.2 and 11, in Passage 4/5 and in the new Confex. With its international alignment and the expanded space, the trade show offers manufacturers, importers, trade partners and food service companies the ideal platform to discover trends, establish business contacts and experience the future of the fine food industry up close. Anuga 2025 will take place from 4 to 8 October in Cologne.
