At its latest service meeting Schubert North America kicked off its new service employee recognition program. Highlight of the initial award event was the tribute to seven longstanding service employees. The recent meeting of Schubert North America’s service team was the starting point of a special new service employee recognition program: During the initial award event seven employees were recognized for their long- and outstanding effort and performance within the company. The awardees have been shaping the packaging industry together with Schubert for more than five to 15 or even 20 years. Such long company affiliations are rather rare in the USA.

This shows once again that Schubert upholds the values of its corporate culture worldwide. Schubert North America is proud to have a strong workforce that has been serving the company and its customers for such a long time. “It’s great to see that people who have been part of Schubert’s start in North America back in the 1990s are still part of the journey and train our junior service technicians with their longstanding expertise,” explains Erik Jensen, Head of Service at Schubert North America at Schubert North America. From now on, Schubert's service employees will be awarded every fifth year for their seniority. These regular annual service meetings ensure best practice sharing and keeping the team up to date about Schubert’s constant ground-breaking technological innovations.
